The bureau, together with designer Murod Toshtemirov, developed the cluster concept, which includes a master plan, architectural solution, and visual identity of the complex. Special attention was given to the ergonomics of production facilities, flow logistics, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. The project includes research laboratories, educational buildings, a business incubator, and green public areas that create a favorable environment for scientific and technological development.
