The bureau prepared a project proposal that includes a master plan, architectural concept, and preliminary engineering solutions. Special attention was given to the organization of production flows, transport accessibility, and adaptation of the facility to the region’s climatic conditions. BIM technologies were applied in the development process, optimizing the interaction between production, administrative, and warehouse areas.
